Preschool Program

In our preschool classrooms, children get the opportunity to display all of that indepence they have been learning! Children in our preschool classrooms will work on social/emotional and problem solving skills when playing in learning centers and explore early literacy skills like letter recognition and writing their own name. We are committed to helping children reach their full potential and to foster a sense of community and collaboration among families and teachers through ongoing communication!

Early Literacy in Preschool

Our preschool classrooms are full of learning activities, including a number and letter of the week, individualized lesson plans, and creative play. We also have a weekly music class using the Kindermusik curriculum! Our goal is to provide a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages children to explore and discover the world around them.

Each day is different and filled with surprises, but children thrive on routine! We keep our daily schedule detailed enough that children know what to expect next, but flexible enough to handle anything that comes up.

Your child's day will always include:

  • Plenty of gross motor play with morning and afternoon outside time

  • Nutritious, delicious meals that follow CACFP guidelines for breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack

  • A time to rest, whether they sleep or play quietly is up to them

  • Developmentally appropriate circle time, activities, art, songs, and more

  • A chance to explore their self-interests by playing in learning centers designed to engage and entertain

  • Opportunities to develop social and emotional skills while interacting with their peers
